This document explains what data AlicornLab collects, why it is needed and how to manage it. The service is operated by Margarita Kvartalnova, registered sole proprietor.
We do not collect: payment card details (payments are handled by the payment provider), identity documents, health data, or data about your own clients.
Your answers are processed to produce a product recommendation for you. Your email is used to deliver that result and, if you agreed, to send new materials. Anonymised statistics help us understand which parts of the site are useful.
We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for advertising.
Recommendations are generated using third-party artificial intelligence models. Only the text of your answers is sent to them, without your name or contacts. These providers do not use the data to train their models.
Data is stored on the operator's server in the Russian Federation, in a database closed to external access. Diagnostic answers are kept for up to 12 months, contact details until you withdraw consent.
Email hello@alicornlab.com from the address you provided. Your data will be deleted within 30 days and you will receive confirmation.
You may request information about the processing of your data, ask for correction or deletion, and withdraw consent to receive emails. Requests are handled within 30 days.
