Refund Policy

This page explains when and how you can get a refund for AlicornLab services.

Full refund

• you cancel before the service has started;
• access to paid material was not provided through our fault;
• the payment was made in error or charged twice.

Partial refund

If a service is delivered in stages and you cancel partway, we refund the portion not yet delivered. The cost of sessions already held and materials already provided is deducted.

No refund

• the service has been delivered in full and accepted;
• materials have been downloaded or access has been used in full;
• the reason is that results did not meet income expectations: the service does not guarantee financial outcomes, as stated in our Terms of Service.

How to request a refund

Email hello@alicornlab.com with the payment date, amount and reason. We reply within 3 business days. If approved, the money is returned by the original payment method within 10 business days. Crediting time depends on your bank.

Consumer rights

These rules do not limit the rights granted to you by applicable consumer protection law.
