These terms explain the basis on which you use AlicornLab. By starting the diagnostic or paying for a service, you agree to what follows.

What AlicornLab is

The service analyses your expertise and suggests products your audience may want to buy. The basic diagnostic is free. Separate services — reviews, guidance and training programmes — are provided for a fee.

Please note: recommendations are informational. They are analysis and hypotheses, not a guarantee of sales, income or any particular outcome. Decisions about launching, pricing and promoting a product are yours alone and taken at your own risk.

What we commit to

providing the diagnostic result once you complete it;
delivering paid services in the stated scope and agreed timeframe;
handling your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

What we do not promise

any level of income, number of sales or clients;
uninterrupted availability: maintenance windows and provider outages happen;
that a recommendation will fit if your diagnostic answers were incomplete or inaccurate.

Rules of use

do not present our materials as your own or resell them without written permission;
do not attempt to disrupt the service, access other people's data or bypass restrictions;
provide accurate details when paying for services.

Intellectual property

Texts, methods and materials on this site belong to the operator. Your diagnostic result is intended for personal use in your own business.

Liability

The operator is not liable for lost profit or indirect losses arising from decisions based on the service's recommendations. Liability for paid services is limited to the amount paid.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. Disputes are first addressed in correspondence and, failing agreement, in the court at the operator's place of registration.
